This EPDM full face gasket is designed to provide a secure and uniform seal between ABS full face flanges or ABS blanking flanges drilled to BS EN 1029-1 (PN10/PN16). Manufactured from resilient EPDM rubber, the gasket offers excellent sealing properties, flexibility and long-term resistance to ageing, making it ideal for a wide variety of industrial and water system applications.

The gasket covers the entire flange face and aligns with the bolt pattern to ensure even compression when the joint is assembled. When used as part of a complete ABS flange system, it helps create a reliable, leak-tight connection. The ABS flanges themselves must be solvent welded to the pipe using ABS solvent cement and cleaner before bolting the assembly together.
