Actuator:
The pneumatic actuator from Prisma offers a rotation angle from 0-90° with a working temperature between -32°C & 90°C and a maximum pilot pressure of 8 bar.
It has a Polyamide body and is SIL2 rated meaning it is free from silicon. It has double-acting torques from 17 to 165.5Nm at 6 bar.
Valves:
The TK 3-way valves are manufactured by Durapipe and offer full DWI approval across the range.
They have an ABS body with EPDM seals and offer a maximum working pressure of 15 bar.
