The Durapipe VKD DualBlock threaded ball valve is a high-performance, fully unionised isolation valve designed for demanding industrial and commercial applications. Featuring FIP’s patented DualBlock technology, the valve is engineered to deliver enhanced operational safety by mechanically securing the union nuts once tightened, helping to prevent loosening caused by vibration, pressure variation or thermal expansion.

The double union design allows the valve body to be fully removed from the pipeline, enabling straightforward inspection or replacement without cutting pipework. Female threaded union ends provide a simple connection to compatible male threaded fittings, offering flexibility during installation and future maintenance. Manufactured from PVCu and fitted with EPDM seals, the valve provides reliable sealing performance, smooth operation and excellent chemical resistance across a wide range of applications.
