Description
This DP ABS VKD DU threaded ball valve brings together durability, safety and ease of use in one proven design. The patented DualBlock® mechanism locks the union nuts in place, preventing them from loosening due to vibration or thermal expansion - an essential feature in high-demand environments.
The valve’s Seat Stop® ball seat carrier provides micro-adjustment capability, allowing fine tuning of the ball seats and compensation for axial loads without isolating or draining the system. Downstream pipework can even be removed while the valve is in the closed position, without risk of leakage.
Its ergonomic VKD-style handle includes a removable tool for adjusting the union bushing or the seat carrier, helping simplify on-site maintenance. Combined with a sturdy ABS body and EPDM sealing, the result is a dependable, easily serviceable valve suited to a wide range of installations.
