This DP Air-Line VKD Double Union Ball Valve (FPM) is a high-quality industrial ball valve offered as a clearance item, making it ideal for cost-effective replacements, upgrades or spares.

Based on the proven VKD DualBlock® platform, this valve is fully unionised, allowing the valve body to be removed from the line quickly for seal or seat replacement, cleaning or inspection - all without the need for special tools. The use of FPM (Viton) seals provides enhanced chemical resistance compared with standard EPDM, making it suitable for more demanding media and process conditions.

The valve incorporates the patented DualBlock® system, which prevents the union nuts from working loose under vibration, pressure cycling or thermal expansion. Alongside this, the Seat Stop® ball seat carrier allows fine adjustment of the ball seats and compensation for axial pipe loads, without having to drain the system.

With an ergonomically designed VKD handle that houses a removable adjustment tool, and a working pressure of up to 16 bar at 20°C, this clearance VKD valve offers robust performance at a reduced price point. As a clearance product, availability is limited and may not be restocked once sold.
