The Durapipe PPh VKD Ball Valve is a high-performance double union valve engineered for severe industrial and chemical processing environments. Built around Durapipe’s proven VKD DualBlock design, this valve combines robust polypropylene construction with advanced safety and maintenance features.

Supplied with FPM seals as standard, the VKD valve offers excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals, solvents and elevated operating temperatures. The patented DualBlock system ensures the union nuts remain securely locked in position, even under vibration or thermal expansion, providing added security in demanding installations.

Thanks to its fully unionised construction, the valve body can be removed easily from the pipeline for seal or seat replacement without specialist tools. The downstream side of the system can also be safely disconnected while the valve is in the closed position, minimising leakage and downtime during maintenance.
