Description
This ABS standard 2-way ball valve offers dependable flow control for a wide range of ABS pipeline installations. Manufactured from high-performance ABS, the valve is lightweight, strong and corrosion resistant, making it ideal for applications where metal valves would be unsuitable. Each valve includes two union ends, allowing it to be removed from the pipeline for servicing or replacement without cutting the pipe.
A key feature of this design is the adjustable locking end, which enables fine-tuning of the ball torque according to system conditions. If the locking end is too loose, the valve may leak; tightening ensures proper sealing. The valve handle can be removed and used as a spanner to adjust this component, ensuring quick and simple on-site correction.
Supplied with EPDM seals as standard and fully pressure-tested before dispatch, this valve provides reliable shut-off and long-term performance. For systems requiring alternative chemical compatibility, optional FPM seal kits can be purchased separately.
