The ABS Diaphragm Valve is a precision flow control valve designed for reliable shut-off and throttling duties within ABS pipework systems. Using a flexible EPDM diaphragm rather than a rotating ball or disc, the valve provides smooth, controlled operation while isolating the operating mechanism from the process fluid.

Manufactured from high-quality ABS, this diaphragm valve is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and well suited to water treatment, chemical processing and industrial applications. The valve is fitted with a patented DiaLock® handwheel, allowing the flow position to be adjusted and securely locked in over 300 precise settings, ensuring excellent control and repeatability.

An integrated optical position indicator clearly displays the valve opening, making it easy to confirm settings at a glance. Fully unionised connections allow the valve to be removed for inspection or maintenance without cutting pipework, reducing downtime and installation effort.
