This lever valve is complete with BSPP metric thread with a 14.0mm² orifice and a Cv value of 0.78 on the 1/8" fitting, a 30.0mm² orifice and a Cv value of 1.67 on the 1/4" fitting, an 88.0mm² orifice and a Cv value of 4.89 on the 1/2" fitting and a 95.0mm² orifice with a Cv value of 5.27 on the 3/4" fitting. It is used for the manual control of air flow within pneumatic systems. The air is to be filtered by 40µm filter element.
The lever/lever/lever valve has a fully sealed mid position which locks off the ports and holds the pressure. Turning the lever to the right of centre will allow air through the valve to one port and turning to the left of centre will send it to another port. This can be used as a feed or exhaust allowing the airflow in and holding it there and turning it on the opposite lock to exhaust the pressure.
Manufactured from a high-quality aluminium alloy with nitrile rubber seals with a working pressure of 0 to 10 bar. They can be mounted on panel or body.
These valves require no lubrication and are to be used in conjunction with clean compressed air, manufactured to close tolerance.
