The Standard 2-Way VKD Ball Valve with FPM seals is a robust, serviceable shut-off valve designed for demanding ABS pipework applications where enhanced chemical resistance is required. Featuring a fully unionised body, the valve can be removed from the pipeline quickly and easily for inspection, maintenance or seal replacement without disturbing surrounding pipework.

Manufactured from durable ABS and fitted with FPM O-rings, this valve is particularly well suited to systems handling aggressive chemicals, hydrocarbons or elevated temperatures where EPDM seals may not be appropriate. The precision-machined full-bore ball ensures minimal pressure loss and smooth, reliable operation.

Plain solvent-weld ends allow secure integration with ABS pipe systems using solvent cement and cleaner. Each valve is individually pressure and leak tested prior to dispatch, ensuring dependable performance straight out of the box.

A key feature of this VKD valve is the adjustable locking end, which allows fine control of ball torque to suit system pressure. The removable handle doubles as a tightening tool, enabling quick adjustment of the ball seat carrier during installation or servicing.
