The ABS VKD Ball Valve is a high-performance, fully unionised valve designed to provide long-lasting reliability even in demanding industrial settings. With plain ends that solvent weld directly into an ABS pipeline, the valve offers a strong, permanent installation while maintaining the ability to remove the valve body for servicing thanks to its union design.

A standout feature of the VKD range is the DualBlock system, which prevents the union nuts from loosening under vibration, temperature changes or heavy-duty cycling. Equally advanced is the Seat Stop ball seat carrier, allowing precise micro-adjustment of the ball seats and compensation for axial loads - all without draining the pipeline or disassembling the entire system.

The ergonomically designed VKD handle incorporates a removable tool for adjusting the ball seat, making routine maintenance fast and convenient.
