Description
This unequal junction connects a 110 mm lateral into a 160 mm main at 87.5°, creating a neat, watertight intersection for new inlets, diversions or future take-offs. The triple-socket body joins two plain-ended run pipes while accepting the smaller branch, simplifying alignment in trench and reducing the number of separate fittings. Smooth internal profiles support efficient flow transfer through the junction, helping to limit turbulence and silt build-up.
Moulded from durable, corrosion-resistant PVCu with a traditional terracotta finish, the fitting withstands routine site handling and typical ground conditions. Push-fit ring-seal jointing speeds installation, avoids solvent cement, and supports clean commissioning. Suitable for correctly configured foul and surface water layouts and compatible with systems built to BS EN 1401 and BS 4660:2000 (where applicable), it provides a robust, low-maintenance size transition where a smaller branch must enter a larger trunk line.
