The PP Electro-Fusion End Cap is designed to permanently seal the end of polypropylene pipework, creating a robust and pressure-resistant termination point. Using electrofusion jointing technology, the end cap forms a homogeneous welded joint with the pipe, eliminating potential leak paths and providing long-term reliability.

Manufactured from polypropylene homopolymer (PP-H) up to 225mm and polypropylene random copolymer (PP-R) for larger diameters, the fitting maintains excellent mechanical strength across the full size range. The profiled body design helps distribute stresses evenly during fusion and in service, improving durability in demanding installations.

This electrofusion end cap is particularly well suited to systems where future disconnection is not required and a permanent, maintenance-free seal is preferred.
