The PP Electro-Fusion Long Elbow 90 is designed to introduce a precise 90° change of direction within polypropylene pipe systems while maintaining joint integrity and long-term reliability. Manufactured from high-quality polypropylene, the elbow uses PP-H for sizes up to 225mm and PP-R for 250mm and above, ensuring optimum performance across the full size range.

This fitting features an integrated electric heating element embedded within the elbow body. When the specified voltage is applied, the heating coils melt both the internal surface of the fitting and the external pipe wall, fusing them together to create a homogenous, leak-free joint. The profiled fitting body helps distribute stresses evenly around the bend, which is particularly important in directional changes where mechanical loads are higher.

Electrofusion elbows are widely used where consistent weld quality, strength and repeatability are required, especially in applications where access or alignment may be more challenging.
