The PP Butt Fusion 90° Bend (6 Bar) is designed to change pipeline direction while maintaining a smooth bore and excellent flow characteristics. Butt fusion creates a homogeneous weld between the bend and adjoining pipe, producing a joint with strength comparable to the parent material and exceptional long-term reliability.

Manufactured from PP-H for sizes up to 225 mm and PP-R for larger diameters, this bend offers excellent chemical resistance, impact strength and dimensional stability. Its profiled body helps distribute stresses evenly through the joint, making it well suited to demanding industrial and process applications where reliability is critical.
