This polypropylene full face flange is designed to create a direct bolted connection between PP pipework and valves, fittings or tanks within pressure-rated systems. Manufactured from high heat stabilised PP-B material, it provides a rigid and chemically resistant interface suitable for demanding industrial environments.

Unlike stub flange assemblies, the full face flange incorporates an integral flange face that distributes bolt load evenly across the joint. When installed with an appropriate backing ring and gasket, it delivers a secure and stable connection capable of maintaining pressure integrity under continuous operation.

Polypropylene’s resistance to corrosion, scaling and chemical attack makes this flange particularly effective in applications where metal alternatives would deteriorate. Its lightweight construction also simplifies handling and alignment during installation, especially on larger diameter pipework.
