Description
The PP Union is a plain polypropylene fitting designed to join two lengths of PP pipe of the same diameter while allowing simple disconnection at a later stage. Manufactured to BS 4991 : 1974, it provides a practical solution where regular inspection, maintenance or system modification may be required.
Unlike permanent socket fittings, the union incorporates a central nut that enables the joint to be separated without cutting the pipe. Once socket fused into position, the union delivers a secure, leak-resistant connection while retaining the flexibility to dismantle the pipeline when needed.
Lightweight, corrosion resistant and highly durable, this PP union is well suited to demanding industrial environments handling aggressive or high-temperature fluids.
