The PP Butt Fusion 45° Bend - 6 Bar is designed to provide a gradual change in pipeline direction while maintaining excellent flow characteristics and joint integrity. The 45° angle reduces turbulence and pressure loss compared with sharper bends, making it ideal for efficient system layouts.

Manufactured from PP-H for smaller sizes and PP-R for larger diameters, this fitting offers a robust balance of rigidity, impact resistance and chemical durability. When installed using butt fusion welding, it forms a fully homogeneous joint with the pipe, creating a permanent, leak-free connection well suited to industrial and process pipework.
