The dual contained Guardian Zone fitting allows for sectioning of the pipe system by terminating the outer pipe. This allows for specific zones to be cleaned or repaired without having to demount the whole system containing any leaks within. When using these within your system, the zones must be tested individually. They are not designed to hold the 15 bar maximum pressure of the system from zone to zone. When testing, each side of the fitting must be pressurised equally.
