Description
The PPb Pipe Class A - 3 Bar is a lightweight, chemically resistant polypropylene pipe designed for low-pressure industrial applications. Manufactured from high heat-stabilised polypropylene block copolymer, this pipe combines excellent chemical resistance with strong impact performance across a wide temperature range.
Produced in accordance with BS 4991 : 1974, Class A polypropylene pipe is commonly used where pressure demands are modest but material compatibility and long service life are critical. The smooth internal bore minimises friction losses and supports efficient fluid transfer, even in chemically aggressive environments.
Thanks to the inherent ductility of PP-B material, the pipe can tolerate minor movement and mechanical stress without cracking, making it well suited to industrial installations, process lines and laboratory systems. As with all polypropylene pressure pipework, this product must not be used for compressed air applications.
