Gorilla epoxy comes in an easy-to-use, two-part syringe for the separation of the resin and the hardener. The separate compartments ensure the epoxy does not set until mixed. The syringe allows for the perfect 1:1 dispensation of resin to hardener for an even application. It is capable of bonding a number of materials including metals, ceramic, glass, most plastics and much more.

This epoxy is gap filling, dries completely clear and is both sandable and paintable. The epoxy pack comes with a stir stick and the package blister can be used as a mixing tray. For a better bond between smooth surfaces, simply roughen them with sandpaper before gluing.

Mix the resin and the hardener together for 20 seconds until complete then apply the epoxy within 5 minutes before it sets. Allow 30 minutes to cure before handling and 24 hours before applying maximum load-bearing weight. The epoxy is capable of withstanding temperatures between -23°C and 82°C and can resist moderate exposure to water but should not be completely submerged.

The syringe comes with a cap allowing for the reusability of the epoxy. Simply pull the plunger back slightly after use, wipe the tip with a dry cloth and replace the cap closing tightly. The cap has a notch on it to align with the notch on the syringe ensuring that the two parts aren't accidentally mixed. Gorilla epoxy has a maximum shelf life of 2 years.

 

*Not suitable for use with polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon or Bitumen. **Not recommended for use with PVC pipe.
