Description
This plain x female threaded reducing bush is designed to be solvent welded inside an ABS fitting to reduce its size and introduce a BSP threaded connection. The plain OD is bonded using ABS solvent cement and cleaner, creating a secure and permanent reduction within the existing fitting. The female BSP thread then allows a male threaded component to be connected, offering a practical solution when integrating equipment such as gauges, dosing units or valves into ABS systems. Produced from durable ABS, the bush provides consistent dimensional stability, good impact strength and dependable performance in a wide range of industrial environments.
