PVCc Pipe Fittings Valves

Pipestock are pleased to supply the Durapipe precision matched CORZAN PVC-C pipework system. The Corzan cPVC pipework is a complete system consisting of PVCc pipes, PVC-C pipe fittings, cPVC valves and associated accessories. The Corzan PVCc pipework is available in a range of sizes from 16mm to 160mm. The Durapipe CORZAN cPVC pipe system has been tested by WRC and has been WRAS approved. Corzan has the ability to convey hot acids and alkalis under pressure at high temperatures. The smooth bore of Corzan pipework is corrosion resistant, making it a superior choice over metal pipe systems which can be prone to corrosion, flow restrictions and process leaks. Corzan PVC-c is lighter and simpler to install than metal pipe systems resulting cost savings of about 40%. The Corzan pipework has a temperature operating range of 5°C to 95°C and can handle pressures up to 16 BAR. The typical applications for CORZAN cPVC can be found in conveying acids, alkalis, demineralised water, industrial waste treatment, chemical processing, soaps, paper, pulps and effluent.
