iPod Offer

This is a genuine promotion where we are seeking to reward customers who spend over a set amount in a single transaction on our website.

We would prefer not to have all the T&Cs but it’s now the norm. In short spend over the promotion threshold on our website in a single transaction excluding carriage and VAT, you will get an Apple product as specified.

Rules of the promotion and actions required to receive the iPod or iPad

1. Reach one of the spend thresholds or more with a single order exclusive of carriage and VAT.
2. Download the application form from our website and fax it to us on 0845 634 1056 within 7 days of date of order, we can't process late claims. It will take up to 30 days to process your claim, to ensure completion of the credit card transaction. Credit account customers will only receive their iPod if their invoice relating to the transaction has been settled on time and in full. (On time means within the agreed payment terms)
3. The application form must be fully completed.
4. Only one Apple product per company/person can be claimed within a 90 day period,
5. This promotion is limited to orders that are only placed via the pipestock.com website.
6. You cannot increase your order to take it over the threshold and then return products, that’s not playing fair. All returns where a promotional claim has been made will be rejected.
7. There are no alternative promotional items or cash equivalents other than the products specified and different Pipestock promotions cannot be combined but you can choose which promotion you want to apply.
8. Any tax implications relating to this offer are your responsibility.
9. Pipestock Limited reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at anytime, without notice. However orders that have already been received will be fully processed and the product sent out. Should Apple withdraw a product, then we reserve the right to send you an equivalent Apple product.
10. The Aspirating Pipe System Products are excluded from this promotion.
11. Once you have received the Apple product, the product warranty and any failures are between you and the product manufacturer.
