Same Day Service
We have the ability to deliver on the same day as order (Mon-Fri) to 70% of the UK. We need the order before 12:00pm for all places except London, which is a 3:00pm cut off time. The size of vehicle required and distance are the key cost factors in this service. Each consignment is individually priced and is a premium service.
Important Small Print
Delivery will be made by a UK national carrier. Should there be any damaged or missing packages it is important that any missing or damaged parcels are documented. Please do not just sign the paperwork without checking, it's your responsibility to check.
- Missing items: The drivers consignment documents detail the number of parcels and bundles of pipe. If parcels and/or lengths of pipe are missing please write “MISSING ITEMS” on the drivers consignment note.
- Damaged items: If parcels and/or lengths of pipe are damaged please write “DAMAGED ITEMS” on the drivers consignment note.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us in writing by email within two days after the day of delivery.
Without this being logged on the drivers paperwork we are unable to offer a replacement or credit for missing and damaged items.
Bank/Public Holiday Deliveries
The service that we offer is a next working day (Mon-Fri) delivery. No deliveries on bank/public holidays.
Returns Policy
Should you wish to return a product you can do so by following the three simple steps below:
- Call the sales team on 0845 634 1053 (local rate) and request a product return authority number and return address.
- Pack up the goods and return them in their original packaging via a reputable carrier of your choice.
- Once we have received the goods back we will check them for their merchantable quality and take them back into stock. If there is a problem we will call you.
You have 7 days from the receipt of goods to start this procedure, after this time restocking charges of 25% will apply. Used or special order items cannot be returned. No returns will be accepted after 28 days from delivery.
Once an order has been despatched it is on its way to you and cannot be cancelled and refusing an order at the point of delivery must not happen as it puts the delivery in a state of limbo without any covering paperwork or return traceability. However once you have received the goods you can return them by following the procedure above.
Product Failure
Should a product fail please call us immediately to discuss the options but do not dispose of any part of a product that may have failed, we will need any product that fails returned to us complete.
