ABS Pipe

We have in stock large quantities of ABS Pipe, available for next day delivery. Our pipe is manufactured only from Grade A  virgin Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene raw material. As it is a non-toxic material it meets the toxicological and food usage requirements of the British Plastics Federation and British Industrial Biological Research Association, BIBRA codes of practice. With a temperature range of -40°C to 70°C applications are diverse. ABS is particularly suited to chilled, boosted cold, portable, low temperature and de-mineralised water applications as well as airline systems. The ABS Pipes have been tested by WRc and are Water Regulations Advisory Scheme, WRAS approved. We can also supply Drinking Water Inspectorate, DWI approved ABS Pipe. Products comply with BSi KITEMARK regulations and British Standards 5931 and 5932. Class C pipe is 9 BAR pressure rated, whilst our Class D, E and T pipes are 12 BAR, 15 BAR and 10 BAR pressure rated respectively; the latter with thicker walls for threading and machining. Our ABS Pipe when selected with our ABS Pipe Fittings and ABS Valves complete a Fully Matched System.
